This class includes simple and effective movements. Exercises will be performed lying down on the back and stomach, on hands and knees, and standing with support. Ideal for beginners or those who aren't comfortable with exercises that require more balance. Introduction to the Reformer Class or previous reformer experience is required to participate in this class.
